If you aren't very familiar with CVS, the ECBs (extra care bucks) are coupons printed at the end of your receipt.  They can be used on your next purchase and you do not have to have a specific item to go with your coupons.  So my suggestion is to buy your items with ECBs first and then use your ECBs towards your other purchases so you have little OOP (out of pocket) expenses...this is referred to as rolling your coupons.  Also, there are items in the ad that if you spend $30 (over multiple purchases) on these products you will receive a $10 gas card.  What a great extra bonus!

There are plenty more deals to be had in next week's CVS ad, so get out there site to look up there ad and see if there is any other products that can benefit your family!
