My Favorite Coupon/Deal Sources

So you may notice that I have a list of some of my favorite places to get coupons, deals, or cash back at the bottom of the site.  Well, for those of you who don't know what all of these places are about, I thought I'd give you the low down on each one!

  • All You Magazine
    • This is a magazine that has lots of coupons in each issue (usually more than $60 worth), savings ideas, and recipes.  You can buy this magazine in stores only at Walmart, BUT you can get a subscription through Amazon or Magazines.com or directly through the All You site.  When you order a subscription online the normal price is $1.66/issue BUT paired with sales and cash back rewards you can get it for less if you hold out for a good deal!
  • Birchbox
    • This is a high-end beauty sample box that is either paid for on a month to month basis ($10/month) or yearly ($110/year).  You earn points for reviewing the products you receive (10 points/product) and for every 100 points you earn a $10 credit.  Plus the products you receive that month have FREE shipping.  If you like to high end beauty products then this may be for you. You fill out a survey and they send you different products each month that they think you will like and work for you.  I receive a lot of great and cool products!  There is a box for women and a box for men ($20/month for the men's box). This is my referral link, so if you wish you can go through this link instead.
  • BzzAgent
    • This is a website that let's you try out new products and review them.  The products you try out you get to keep, and you will receive either extra products to give out to friends and family, or you'll receive coupons to give out.  They want your honest opinion as these companies are trying to find out what the consumer really wants and likes.  Some of the products do cost money, but you are not obligated to purchase and participate in each campaign.  You will fill out surveys every now and then so that they know which products they will invite you to be apart of.
  • Coupon Network
    • Coupon Network is powered by Catalina...you know those AWESOME coupons that print out at the register when you purchase certain items?  Well on their site, you can print coupons...and they're usually higher value coupons AND you can check out which products will produce a coupon good for a certain amount off of your next purchase.  It tells you which store the deal is available at, and if you print the "future coupon" it will tell you how many you must buy to receive a certain amount of money.
  • Coupons.com
    • Well, this is where you can print off coupons!  There is a wide variety to choose from and they add new ones weekly.  You can find food coupons, personal care, household cleaners, DVDs, etc.
  • Groupon
    • This is a website that has daily deals on activities, hotels, vacations, etc in  your area.  They are at a discounted rate, and do have an expiration date.  These are great if you're going on vacation and are looking for something to do in the area!
  • One Kings Lane
    • This is a site that has new deals every day for high end household items.  They feature furniture, kitchenware and appliances, home decor, etc.  Shipping starts at $6.95 for these items.  If you sign up through this link you will earn $15 after you make your first purchase. This is my referral link, so if you prefer you can just go to onekingslane.com, but note you will not earn $15 after your first purchase.
  • Recyclebank
    • This site allows you to take surveys, make pledges, and learn about ways to help protect our environment and keep it beautiful.  For each action that you do you earn points and these points can be redeemed for coupons and % off on websites.  To sign up you can go through this link here (my referral link) or if you so choose just go to recyclebank.com.
  • RedPlum
    • This is one of the coupon inserts that you receive in the Sunday paper.  It is also an online source for more coupons!
  • RetailMeNot
    • One of my favorite sites when shopping online.  Just type in the store name that you're shopping at and it will show you any applicable coupons that you may be able to use on your purchase!  These may be for $$ off, % off, or FREE shipping.  This is a great way to save some extra cash!  Note:  Some coupon codes do not work, so you may have to try a few.
  • ShopAtHome
    • One of my other favorite sites when shopping online.  This is similar to RetailMeNot where you can find coupon codes BUT you can ALSO get CASH BACK!  Who doesn't love that?!  All you have to do is sign up.  If you go through my link you can earn $5 or you can just go to shopathome.com.  After earning $20 through the cash back program you will receive a check in the mail.  These take 60 days from the time you earn the $20+, but so worth it!
  • SmartSource
    • This is one of the coupon inserts that you receive in the Sunday paper.  It is also an online source for more coupons!
  • The Clymb
    • Outdoor gear, clothing, sunglasses, shoes, etc. that is at a highly discounted price (50-70% off retail) each day.
  • Vitacost
    • This is a website that has all sorts of vitamins, baby products, personal care products, etc.  Also there are food items on there too!  Grocery shopping from the comfort of your couch!  Just go through my link and you will get a $10 code for signing up, or if you prefer you can sign up directly at vitacost.com.  Shipping is FREE over $49, but they do have deals every now and then for buying certain products and getting FREE shipping.
